4. Payment Terms & Order Cancellation

We accept payment exclusively via Interac e-Transfer. Orders are placed on hold for 24 hours pending payment verification. If full payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the items to available stock.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within Canada via Canada Post. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Canada Post, severe weather, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or postal disruptions.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
