We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada exclusively via Canada Post.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days following the receipt and verification of your Interac e-Transfer payment.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All packages are packed with care and shipped from London, Ontario. Estimated transit times via standard Canada Post Parcel are:

• Ontario & Quebec: 2 to 5 Business Days
• Rest of Canada: 4 to 8 Business Days

Note: Express shipping options (such as Canada Post Xpresspost) are available upon request if you require expedited delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to Canada Post, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Canada Post Tracking Number so you can monitor your delivery online.

Free Local Pickup (London, Ontario)

To save on shipping costs, we offer a free Local Pickup option for customers located in or near London, Ontario:

1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.
2. Complete your payment via Interac e-Transfer.
3. Once your e-Transfer is confirmed and your items are packed, we will send you an email with the pickup location address and available pickup time slots.
